Has anything been mentioned about plans for next season as yet Jake? How much money do you think Gus will get to strengthen the team? Who do you think he will get rid of, if anyone? Has anyone been linked with a move there? Probs a bit too early for that last question but things move pretty fast in football, especially rumours!
I would like to see Brighton do well next season in the Championship as long as they don't pip us to the title or anything like that

If the rumours are correct looks like he will have some cash to spend. I think some not many of the players now could make it in the championship, really hoping they sort out our top scorer deal soon, Glenn Murray.Massively missed today, he causes so much trouble in and around the box, championship class player in his own right.They are haggling over the wages, even with the money I don't think they want to pay what a lot of other championship clubs will each week. I can see their point it is the way Brighton always have been and can upset the morale of other players if they do.I think with Poyets connections he will take a gamble on some overseas players, he has plenty of connections.
I don't want them to get too far ahead of themselves and my gut instict is we will struggle, I hope I am wrong.There are teams we can beat but usually not this season it's the lesser teams we struggle against. Like I say want to be positive but don't want them to do what other clubs in this position have done before and go too much in one go.I have massive respect for Poyet and his heart and soul is football, we just have to keep him, it sounds promising he wants to build with Brighton but heard that before.
