Backup Wii Discs

Can anyone help me? ive got a couple wii discs i want to backup but my dvd/cd combo drive just wont read it!!

Looks complicated from the google results i just checked.

Alot of the feedback on the guides are negative and some say you need to get modchips for the wii to do so.

Personally, just take really good care of your disks. With great wii power comes great responsibility.
