The old 1-0 to the Arsenal?
This game is absolutely huge tonight, in fact I'm going to drink some beer because it's so massive.
This is the type of game that could potentially secure some signings.

Have to be proud of that, BOYS showed their balls (and old Tomas) in what was a must win game. The pole in goal made a blinding save just when the ref decided to fuck us over so feck you Platini.

So you are telling me at half time you was all confident
Massive sigh of relief and hopefully this will open the door for some signings now that we are in the Champions League proper.

Nasri must have been a bit of a cnut in the dressing room if Wenger is willing to off load him to Citae, there must have been some other European clubs must have been sniffing around.

The Pong was giving him a lot of grief on Twitter saying he was a greedy cnut and wouldn't be missed, cult hero in the making methinks.

Frimpong is a cracking player. Shame about the red the other day, but other than the 2 silly yellows he was awesome.

He seems to be a player who ain't afraid to get stuck in. Can't wait to see him and Wilshire in the midfield together again.
No doubt keep them for a few seasons before selling them off to Citae or Barca.

Well pleased for Arsenal to get through again as robscifi said more English clubs in there the better. Let's hope the positivity will continue for them now, especially with the big game at the weekend.

Yeah we can't keep relying on Van Persie, not because he's not good enough, but because eventually a strong breeze will cause him an injury.

WTF!
Can't see how Wenger can turned around and say that buying players is not the answer. The guy has a fucking screw loose.
It like having Hitler in his final days, they all knew he was losing it but the Nazi's was scared to say anything and the Allies said nothing because he was making a mess of it. This is nearly exactly the same thing, even Ferguson is coming out defending him in the hope that he stays because if anyone else comes in he might not have the upper hand any more. Even I am getting sick of the "Wenger has transformed the club, he has to stay". Yes, 15 years he changed the club. But in the last 6 years we have slowly drifted into a joke and sorry this is the final straw. Thanks Wenger but make sure the door is closed behind you, because the board is clearly not wanting to waste the heating bill by losing the heat out the front door.
We are a fucking joke, this is what happens when you sell off our best players and then throw youngsters in the deep end

Thats a bit Alan Hansonish.Fergie has put his faith in "his kids"again and he looks to have come up trumps admit idly you can't compete selling the best players but who will step up and take over, whoever they are they will want to buy and the bigger money will not be there I am a believer in Arsen Wegner is the Man for Arsenal they the board have tied his hands and he is trying to do the job as he sees it.It as to get worse before it can get better so they say the board put a new ground before a good team so they are the ones you should have a go at,

The board had to build a new ground or we would have died at Highbury. And anyway, incase you haven't heard, we have now been taken over. We have two majority share owners who are both billionaires, there is now planty of money at the club. Unless Kroenke is bleeding us dry.
If you look at what Man Utd done they blended youth and experience, especially last season so when the time came a lot of the younger players know how to win games. We seem to shoot ourselves in the foot every time. Every time we start getting some experience in our players we sell them off.

Imp. It isn't Wenger who decides who will be sold off (when it comes to top players) or what the pay structures are within the club. Wenger is a totally 'company man' and the share holders must love the millions that he is bringing in to secure their investments.

The club will secure more money through Champions League qualifications, high place finishes in the league and the ensuing sponsorship deals from those than they will from player transfers should he manage to find another gem. And as for the wage structure IT IS Wenger who decides to reward potential in players by giving youngsters high wages so that he can keep them on a long contract should the prove to be the real deal. But it goes horribly wrong when we get lumped with the likes of Denilson or Diaby and can't get rid because no club will match or better the deals that they are on with us.
