Arsenal 2011/12
Here we go! No players to start the seasonwith but Newcastle have lost players so I'm going for an Arsenal win.
Arsenal for the title, Arsenal for the title!
Ok I admit it, I haven't taken my medication yet.

He seems to love the club, I think he'll do well as captain.

I reckon RVP will make a good captain, the only problem is it's only a matter of time before he'll get injured and miss half of the season, however at least now we have a captain that actually wants to play for the club and not for someone else.

Big game tonight. I've got no idea what Udinese is like as a team, but we must win. I fear I will be saying that a lot this season.
C'mon Arsenal.

He fucking should with the amount of time we have given him, most top flight clubs would have cut their losses because of his injury problems.
Eboue is away as well, at last we have got rid of that liability and the "cult of Eboue" that was flying around the Grove can fuck off with him.
Next step Nasri, and we can hopefully get some players in that will have the loyalty and desire to wear the shirt.
Udinese better be a win, potential nana skin but the overall quality should shine through.
Gervinho given a 3 game ban, again the common sense of the FA out does itself. If that slap is a three game ban then the rest of the league better shit itself with what might happen with other clubs against Barton.

Not the most convincing performance, but we've kept a clean sheet for once
We can always score goals so hopefully we'll get an away goal and then they'll have to score 3.

Phew! We'll have Van Persie and hopefully Wilshere back for the second leg. It's not going to be easy.
But, GET THE CHEQUE BOOK OUT.

Wenger facing UEFA sanctions
http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/st...wenger?cc=4716
It's amazing that Wenger still moans about "clarity" when most people know a touchline ban means no communications.
And "I did not communicate with the bench" is hardly a good defense when it was quite obvious on the telly he was doing it

Reports in the media today are suggesting Nasri may play against Liverpool today, if so i can't wait to hear how the supporters react to him.
As for today's game, with all our injuries and the suspensions of Song and Gervinho i'd be relatively happy with a draw but i still think we have enough quality to beat the scousers this afternoon.

Arsenal do not look the force they were a few seasons ago and I think they will land up some were mid table this time round, as for my home team Newcastle with Mike Ashley's pockets sown up he's happy just to keep stuffing more into them than dipping into them for the fans who love the place and he seems to be happy to be fighting it out all season from mid table DOWN, so I expect we will struggle again, looking forward to the match again the old enemy Sunderland maybe not a 5-0 hammering again for them be the fingers are crossed.

mid-table. Arsenal will be challenging for the title just like they always do. Here's hoping we bring in the talent to enable us to actually win the bastard.

Fuck me. Frimpong's stupid first yellow, then his second was the downside to his game today otherwise he was excellent.
The luck in their first goal pissed me off of course especially as fuckface looked offside, ah well.
First 2 games in and it's not gone well, but there are 36 games left to win
