Grading a nation on the acts of a few.
I think the answer to the OP is "yes, they are". What next? All Scottish people are whiskey drinking, fat, skirt wearing....oh, hang on.

I would not say they are anti autistic Jeff, I have seen a mod or two shuffling home on a Sunday morning and they didn't look like they were taking the piss just had consumed a lot of it.
