Apple to bid for footy rights in UK

There was a report on the radio today that said Apple intends to bid for the rights when the current Sky contract runs out in 2013. Those buggers have serious money and if they win it will mean lots of changes methinks.

Other reports yesterday and the day before say that apple are unlikely to bid for prem rights as well
