Onya Tats - it's a special effort from you champ - i know how fucken unbelievably hard it is to do what you're doing mate - i went through it a while back - stick with it it's worth it in a weird kinda way. If you can stay sober 3 years 180 days 12 hours and 53 mins then you're better at it than me.

I am having a few as we speak but as of tomorrow i'll be 2 glasses of red wine per day only as the beer is playing havoc with my insides now for some reason (
