Whats the world coming to when a wean cannae play out in his back garden, surely the council have more important things to do than this.If i was the wee boy parent then i would tell the council to go fuck themselfs and then sort out the neighbour who complained.
I think that what has happened is that a complaint has been made and the council have to investigate the complaint. As part of the process, they have to inform the people being complained about and let them know the possible outcomes if the complaint is upheld. They have not threatened anybody with a fine and there's little doubt that the complaint will be dismissed.
